Payment Terms and Conditions

To guarantee your booking we require 100% prepayment.
This can be done via bank transfer or by credit card payment through our Sales Department/Front Desk.

Cancellation Policy

1. NO SHOW - Full amount due

2. 14 days before the arrival date - Full amount due

3. 30 days before until two weeks before the arrival date - 50% of the total amount

4. 60 days before until 30 days before the arrival date - 20% of the total amount due.

5. Cancellation more than 60 days before the arrival date - No cancellation fee and full

   refund of all moneys paid.

All cancellations must be received in writing
