Michelin star four-hand dinner at LD Restaurant

As part of the annual food and wine festival Korčulanske Pjatance that took part in Korčula the 20-23rd October, Lešić Dimitri Palace hosted a four-hand dinner with Chef Marko Gajski and Chef Kevin Bonello from Xara Palace in Malta invited as guest chef.

Lešić Dimitri Palace invited all Croatian members within Relais & Chateaux association to join the dinner: Meneghetti Wine Hotel & Winery, Bastion Zadar, Maslina Resort and Villa Korta Katarina & Winery. A special guest joined the table, Justin Zammit Tabona accompanied Kevin from Malta for the opportunity to meet with colleagues.

Chefs Marko and Kevin prepared an amazing dinner, full of Mediterranean flavours from both the Adriatic islands and Malta, beautifully paired with some of best wines from the Meneghetti and Villa Korta Katarina wineries.
