PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To guarantee your booking we require 50% prepayment.

This can be done via bank transfer or by credit card payment through our Sales Department/Front Desk.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1.    14 days before the arrival date and NO SHOW - Full amount due

2.    30 days before until two weeks before the arrival date - 50% of the total amount

3.    Cancellation more than 30 days before the arrival date - No cancellation fee and full refund of all moneys paid.

All cancellations must be received in writing.
