Chefs@Sea
Chefs at Sea is a project of uniting and bringing together the chefs of the JRE association, which is spread in 16 countries around the world.
This year, more precisely on 𝟭𝟭.𝟲.𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮, 6 Croatian JRE restaurants hosted 6 international chefs at the same time, starting from 19h.
LD Restaurant team was honoured to host guest chef Roland Suciu and sous chef Alexandru Nistor from Romania who prepared dinner in 5 courses for a community table of 8 people. Guests enjoyed the same dishes as served in romanian restaurant Baracca accompanied with the finest local wines from Korčula and Pelješac.
The project is sponsored by the Croatian National Tourist Board, which is a long-term partner of the association JRE Croatia.
