Golden Milk - LD Inner Me Sessions

Let’s get stronger together by boosting our immunity during this quarantine period, by drinking Golden Milk!

For centuries, Ayurvedic teachings have called Golden Milk a particular healing elixir.

Turmeric is the star of this healthy drink and owes its powerful (scientifically proven) health benefits to its active ingredient curcumin, a compound rich in anti-inflammatory, antiviral and antioxidant properties. One drink a day, helps you to fight coughs, flu and cold, joint pains, respiratory and gastrointestinal ailments, and also works as an excellent blood cleanser.

This quick and easy recipe includes several warming spices such as cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, ginger, and black pepper. Black pepper may sound like an odd ingredient, but it is necessary because it enhances the bioavailability of turmeric, making it easy for your body to absorb the curcumin. Including a fat is also recommended.

Golden milk has many benefits but this drink is also truly delicious! The warming spices, the full-bodied, earthy flavour, golden color and shooting aroma…. it’s not just a drink, it’s an experience.

So relax and focus on how you are nourishing your body while enjoying a unique and flavorful Golden Milk!

Try it out, stay healthy and tell us about your experience!
